Optimal Medical Staffing is owned and operated by healthcare professionals from the local community. We hold the prestigious Joint Commission Certification for Health Care Staffing Services, and we have been providing staffing to hospitals and skilled private duty nursing services to homes throughout Mid-Michigan since 1998.

Our commitment to quality shows in everything we do, both in our office and in our clients’ homes. Here are just a few indicators of that commitment:

• All Optimal nurses, aides and therapists are carefully screened, including clinical exam, in-depth interview, background and reference checks, drug testing and verification of license, education and previous employment.
• Each client's case is overseen by an Optimal Private Duty Nursing Supervisor, who develops an individualized care plan and follows up regularly.
• We are committed to providing full support to our clients and their families, including maintaining full staffing for each client's case and covering all scheduled shifts.
• We actively seek feedback from our clients and families as part of our continuous quality improvement process.
• Clinical and administrative staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
